Front Windshield streak

I have something different I can't clean off. 4- 6" or so circles. I imagine they are from suction cups when installing the windshield. I've scrubbed with windex many times, but they don't go away. They are only noticeable in certain light conditions, like sitting in my garage and looking out. I've never seen them outside the garage.

I have circle on driver side windshield and writing on driver door window. Ive tried claybar and many different cleaners nothing so far has worked.

Do you have any 91% Isopropol Alcohol ? I have has so me success when other things do not work.

I tried that with the magic eraser method, intially i thought it did the trick until my window fogged and revealed writing and circle still there.
