Front Camera from Bronco Sport

I had a front camera on my 2021 Bronco Sport. I'm investigating if the front camera for a bronco sport could be mounted on a Ranger Lariat. It, too, had Sync 3. I know there is no camera button on the dash but I'm wondering if it could be run through an auxiliary switch. Anyway, has anyone considered this? Am I being more delusional than usual? TIA

Pretty sure you need some relatively expensive adapter to work with the sync 3 module, it's been posted here before.

A lot of what I saw posted involved Rostra or other 3rd party with their own screen. Incidentally I followed one thread and found RCMustang's thread on his FX4. Post #131 was very promising.
