What does it weigh and what is the rate for the metal it's made of in your area? Once you know that, is it worth it to you to scrap it, I'm not sure how much of your time it'll take to get it to the recycling center or the rates there. But being worth it or not will be very dependent on who you're asking. Someone already working 60 hours a week with decent pay it's less worth it due to limited hours doing other things, while to a retired guy with lots of free time, it could be totally worth, even if it only gets him out of the house and covers a couple drinks with friends on the way home.
