Yes they're all interchangeable I took this one off to use on my RTR grill since I wanted a unpainted black one and my oem grille had a magnetic bezel.

I've seen pics of the Ford-Performance grille and I couldn't confirm the actual surround-trim color "straight-out-da-box" sorta speak. The online "vendor/sales" pics showed "gloss-black" & "magnetic" when fitted on Rangers in general.
You can go ahead and negotiate...

Sorry I am not sure of what you are quoting? Here is a picture with the bezel layed over the RTR grill it is unpainted black.
