Just curious because the description is very vague. What are the benefits of it exactly? Is it just the fact it can mount a winch? Is it stronger? Or have better approach angles?

All of the above, retains factor fogs too, many don't care but I've got LED fogs on my Lariat so that's appealing as well.

It's doable, guys here have done it. Drill holes for the parking sensors and a little ingenuity can mount the ACC bracket in almost the same spot. There's photos here of members with it up and running.

I had $230 worth of Ford points sitting around too so this is about a $1500 bumper for like 230 bucks with a 15% coupon.
