If a vehicle is done at the factory, but waiting on something specific, like a safety recall, might it also say "built, ready to be shipped?"

I wouldn't start counting chickens yet. Seems as though all SCabs on lots or at Ford are on hold for this recall.
The dealer said the passenger seat issue was taken care of when they got it. The rear seat headrest issue is not fixed and Ford has not put out the parts or instructions for dealers to do the repair according to service dept. But, they did not hold up delivery and released the truck to me with no problems. They really seemed clueless about vehicle being heldup on their lot until the recall items fixed. Dunno more.

Congrats! :D
The rear seats do not fold up in scab. They need to be removed to access the compartments. It's a bit annoying, but that's how it is...
Mine took 4 months, and that was even long. Very glad your arrived!
I pulled the seats our. But that plastic thing on the compartment under the seat is really flimsy. One of those turn holders fell our of the holder and chipped off a tab. Can't get it back together. Pondering how to organize that area. I have a pneumatic jack I always put in my trucks and thinking about just pulling that Ford Jack out with the seats. Might just get the tonneau cover and one or two swingboxes for the bed.
