Entertainment screen on the fritz.

Hey all,

Has anyone experienced issues with our truck when they make a phone call and, after ending the call, the system not disconnecting the phone in order to return to playing music? When I adjust the volume, it still remains on "phone volume". (Thought it may just killed the music volume for the calls) I have Android auto, so if I disconnect that, I have the default ford screen and try to hit "end call" and it spazzes from phone to audio then quits. I can't upload a video, but hopefully that explains some of the issue. Thanks and my apologies for the long winded post.

CarPlay here (with wireless module), so limited usefulness but when I hang up in the CarPlay UI the call is ended. For whatever that's worth.
Edited to add: I don't think the volume changes between the call and music and the music will go back to playing Pandora, which is where I usually listen to music. The volume is just the volume I think, or at least, I haven't noticed a change. Again, limited usefulness to you.

Thanks for the reply, but yes I believe Android auto does some funky things in comparison to carplay. I miss my iPhone lol. But I have had issues besides this one with my entertainment system, just this time I actually got video proof of it to show the tech. Thanks again
