Hi - I am having some issues with the dealership where I bought my Ranger and would like to escalate to Ford Canada. Does anyone have an actual contact person vs the 800 number?
I bought the truck in the city I grew up in as I got the best deal. I had the first service done there and also had them install the soft rubber OEM mudflaps, which I also purchased through them.
I then brought the truck into my local dealership to have the door weather strip replaced as it was all wavy, and they noticed the mudflaps were not installed correctly.
So, I contacted the original dealership and they agreed to have my local shop fix it and send them the bill. Turns out the install was botched a bit more then expected (busted clips that can't be purchased separately etc) and local shop didn't want to touch it without further approval.
The original dealership is not returning the local shops calls or emails anymore.
