2021 xlt here and only chime I get is if I forget to buckle my belt and begin driving. I start my truck every time unbuckled and never get a chime. Bought it new and haven't used forscan to change anything.
Edit: Mine does indeed have the seat belt chime on startup. I had never noticed it till I read this post and actually listened for it. My selective hearing game is strong.
