Canadian price for ford re-manufactured transmission

Has anyone one in Canada had to pay to have a ford remanufactured transmission installed in Canada, how much did it cost you? Trying to see if it’s worth keeping the truck past warranty, with all the failures I’ve been reading about. Still have warranty left, but am getting big delays between 1 and 3 when the truck is cold and rough downshifts. Have made an appointment with the dealer while I still have warranty…

Part is about $6K from Ford. No idea about the total cost.

My truck is still shifting fine at over 140k kms but I checked with my trusted transmission shop just for fun and they quoted $4200 for a rebuild with the new CDF drum and some other upgrades.
