I just got an XLT Tremor. I bloody HATE the DRLs being a dimmed headlight... such an eyesore and frankly a cheapsate move by Ford considering the 2019 VW Jetta I traded in and paid $15K for brand new has LED headlights and fancy LED running lights. The ONLY thing I'd want Forescan for is to change this so the turn signals are the DRL and, if that's not an option, the brights. Is there anyone I can throw a few bucks toward that has the bits and bobs to do this on my truck?
I realize I can turn off DRL but I do prefer to have amber DRLs. Don't care what the law is -- amber DRLs catch the eye for this purpose far better than white light.
