I have had to have the APIM (Auxiliary Protocol Interface Module) replaced once already and now it is doing the same thing. Symptoms mostly include controls freezing, blue screen, rear view camera staying on while in drive, etc.

Dealer has one ordered but being told they are national back order.

Anyone else having these issues? I have had to replace our 2019 Edge ST as well.

The back order could be due to the wonderful coronavirus we're having to deal with at this time. Also with the newer Vehicles back order is a much more common thing. I work at a Ford dealer and I've seen certain things like such happened quite often. Unfortunately you're just going to have to be a little patient and I'm very surprised the APIM is causing all this issue and not just needing a simple update. The F.D.R.S. gets updated fairly regularly for these things.
