Hello Moderators,
I've been enjoying the 5G forums a great deal, even though I've yet to buy my Ranger (for sure later this year, a Lariat FX4).
I was wondering you would consider setting up a 4x4/Offroad forum, for those of us who are interested in taking their trucks off-pavement, onto dirt trails, rocks, and overlanding? I've been offroading for about three years now in my Nissan Frontier, and have found the Nissan truck forum (ClubFrontier.org) to aptly address the needs of offroaders such as myself. It has an ultra-active group of wheeling-enthusiasts discussing equipment, describing builds, writing up how-to's, planning trips together (by geography), and setting up group-buys with vendors, among other interests and activities. Here's a link to CF's Offroad/4x4 forum:

The CF forums also gave birth to the GoneMoab annual Moab gathering - a week of rock-crawling at Moab, UT, with 100+ Nissan trucks participating... I'd love to see this for the 5G Rangers, where Ranger owners can organize trips for overlanding, camping, or just some group fun in the dirt. Here's the website to GoneMoab: http://gonemoab.com/?event=gonemoab-2017
I suppose that this Offroad forum could be an "umbrella" forum, with sub-forums dealing with offroad equipment (suspension, armor, bumpers, winches, wheels/tires, lights, overlanding gear), technique, locations, and trip photos/write-ups, etc.
Please let me know what you think. I'm sure that there are other wheelers like me lurking in the 5G forum somewhere.
