Anyone experience this already? Mine have been on since last May. You’d think spending a grand would ensure a certain level of quality.

No rust on my "rock slider" versions. Over a year now with plenty of salt and snow here in Colorado.

Update: one side board had two rust spots on top in welds. ADD’s solution was a can of spray paint they supplied. They said to hit the spots with sand paper and spray. So I figure sure I’ll give it a shot not really figuring out how I’d attack the rust deep in a corner. When I went to prep the job I got underneath the board. Sure enough more rust areas along the bottom of the flat surfaces the entire length. I called ADD and let them know this is more extensive than previously thought and I’d like to swap out the boards. Their reply was to spray paint it. I mentioned to them they warranty “warrants all parts of its manufacture, furnished under this agreement, to be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase.” They said spray painting it was their solution. We discussed why one side would have an issue while the other didn’t. We talked about maybe a flaw in the powder coating process for that particular side board. The other side has no rust.
In an email I asked if they would further honor the warranty past a year if the rust returned.......crickets.

These boards aren’t cheap. Sucks that they’ve starting rusting already. Sure spray paint will look good for awhile but I’ll never be able to get the rust out of the deep corners.
