30K factory warranty- anything I should check/have checked?

Unable to shift into Sport mode. Like it's blocked physically Probably something very simple I'm overlooking. Any suggestions to resolve?

Did you press the button on the front of the shifter knob while putting it in Sport mode? Sport mode is locked out unless pressing the shifter button.

Thanks! YES as with shifting into any other position. Just will not pull back past Drive
