As I recall, it does have a small amount of space on the back side to fit wires...I'd ask the seller for a photo to confirm...

I don't think there was much, if any space to run wires, but I can double check. Last I checked when I test fitted it, it sat pretty flush.

My goal is to mount some led cab lights on it , it looks hollow underneath, does it look like I could run some wiring under there ?

So the inside of the spoiler is hollow, for the most part, but the spoiler itself sits pretty flush with the body. Where would you have run the wires, and installed the lights?

If anything, perhaps you can add lights by running the wires through where the third brake light sits. A dab of Silicone for peace of mind to seal where the wires would run into the spoiler. Best I can recommend would be to cut a small section of the 3m double tape to allow the wires to run through.
Then drilling a hole for where the lights would go. And of course another dab of Silicone for sealing.

I can double check for you, and take specific photos if need be.

I was hoping I could mount 4 led cab lights to it and fish the wires inside it , most likely sneaking in to the 3rd brake light if possible...

Best bet would be to place the cab lights around the sides of the spoiler from what I can see. That part is pretty hollow. Perhaps one light in the top center of the spoiler.

Tapping in through the third brake light would be your best option.
From where the spoiler Mounts on top of the light, there's a slight lip to the spoiler.
That section has no 3m tape.

You might just get away running the wires across the center of the wing.
