2019-2022 Ford Ranger K&N Performance Air Intake System 63-26120
K&N Performance Air Intake System Features:
Increase horsepower without sacrificing engine health with this new performance air intake from K&N. As is, your Ford truck puts out a lot of power but the factory intake and air filter restricts airflow, and therefore restricts horsepower and torque. K&N created this product specifically to introduce a higher amount of clean airflow into your engine. Part of this setup includes a custom molded air intake tube that goes directly into the throttle body for a guaranteed increase in power. This high performance air intake also comes with a custom heat shield that protects the air from the high temperatures of the engine bay.
Upgraded Air Filter And Moderately Easy Installation
At the center of this intake system is a reusable K&N High-Flow Air Filter. This air filter is created with oiled cotton media as opposed to paper which gives 50 percent more airflow than it's competitors. According to K&N, the air filter itself dwarfs the factory filter is also easily cleaned and reusable for up to 100,000 miles depending on the travel conditions. Installation of this product is relatively easy and includes the use of your vehicle's already existing factory mounting points and only requires hand tools. The entire installation process is estimated to take roughly 60-90 minutes according to K&N. This intake system is not legal for highway use in states that adopt California emission regulations.
