I bet everyone here has had a 10mm missing in their box at one time or another. I can always find every other size but that darn one seems to always be missing. I bet there's a storage locker full of these somewhere. lol

I've never had much of a problem with 10mm since I've used them since starting to work on VW's at 14. I do have issues with 1/2" sockets and wrenches though. Missing a 1/2" wrench now and suspect its in the boat somewhere and hope to find it in a month when I pull it out of storage.
Fortunately a 13mm will work in a pinch.

Somehow I have everyone else's 10 mm. I have a ton of them for some reason. Seam like that's the only size in the tool box

Pretty sure it is the same gremlins that steals socks out of the dryer and hides them are also the ones responsible for 10mm sockets going missing.. Now we know where they are taking them. Nevada.Tracy - if you see a pair of Walmart white sports socks in your tool box, they may be mine?.
