That's a water port, it can be pressurized and a hose hooked up to it. We use it for washing dishes mostly, but it's nice to have access to water on the trail to fill up water bottles and such

I made it back out to Moab with some friends the week of Labor day and we were able to do Fins N Things. It was a ton of fun, but I did scrape the hitch a couple times haha. I would definitely do it again
  6. Auto Start/Stop Immediately Turns Back On

Well, I have to say thank you for what I assumed was a somewhat sarcastic comment haha. The nightlight comment made me realize I still had my camera battery charger plugged into the rear outlet. As soon as I unplugged it the problem went away . Doesn't fully explain my previous...
  7. Auto Start/Stop Immediately Turns Back On

Worth a shot, I'll give that a try next time I go out. Thanks for the input
  8. Auto Start/Stop Immediately Turns Back On

Yea when it first started sorta doing it I had thought this may be the case. I've also gotten fairly good at applying light pressure to prevent it from turning off at stop signs and such, but I am applying firm pressure and it still does it unfortunately
  9. Auto Start/Stop Immediately Turns Back On

Hey everyone, recently when I come to a stop, the auto start stop will turn off like normal, stay off for about half a second and turn back on. At first it only seemed to do it on hit days while the AC was on, then started to do it on hot days while I wasn't running the AC. Lately it does it all...
  10. Prinsu Roof Rack

Yep! I've been very happy with the tent
  11. Prinsu Roof Rack

Yea sorry for the delay, I've been busy for the past few weeks. Ultimately I got the rack installed, but it wasn't without it's challenges. Turns out the instructions I was sent were wrong and the front factory trim holes do not get used to attach the rack. Only the back ones do. CBI sent me...
  12. Rooftop tent MPG

Haven't given up on the prinsu yet. I worked with them a week ago to determine the issue, but they needed to send me more hardware which just showed up friday, and I was camping this weekend so couldn't get it installed. I will tackle it sometime this week and report back to everyone
  13. Rooftop tent MPG

Mine is mounted below the cab height and I haven't noticed any MPG hit around town or on the highway.
  14. Prinsu Roof Rack

Well if anyone plans to install this I would hold off. I started the install on mine, and after getting the 2 pieces of channel trim off I found out the factory holes that hold the trim on don't align with the rack like the instructions say they should. I am now left with 4 holes in the roof...
  15. Prinsu Roof Rack

I haven't installed it yet, I plan to do it this weekend though. Prinsu did send me the install instructions though
  16. Prinsu Roof Rack

Weird! I also went thru truck brigade. I ordered mine about a week ago and it showed up on Saturday.
  17. Prinsu Roof Rack

Were you able to get your rack installed? I also ordered this rack, but it didn't come with any instructions. Assembly was pretty straight forward, but I'm hesitant to drill holes in the roof before reading the instructions.
  18. The “I’m too cheap to buy it so I’ll make it” thread

I also decided to make my own bed rack. I have the diamond back cover so I decided to attach the load bars to the cover its self since it's load rated. I ordered some black anodized extruded aluminum T slot from 8020 pre cut for the tracks and load bars. 8020 has TONS of different cross section...
  19. Project Msfitoy V3.0

No need to go out of your way to check. I also took inspiration from LLOD, but I wanted something a little more low profile. I ended up making my own system out of 8020 extruded aluminum. I did a similar split track and chose to use 3 fasteners per track. I was mostly curious if that was in line...
