Are they still available? I’d like to get them from you. I can pick them up in California pretty much anywhere. I’m driving through the state in the next day.
I’ve done a few things. Most impactful is my 2” level from Daystar that I self installed, obviously improves the look and the handling in a positive manner. Next, I’d have to say my RDJ travel pro hard folding tonneau cover, I love it and it keeps my stuff in the bed safe and secure. Next. My...
Let me preface this by saying...I am 39 years old, I am no stranger to figuring things out on my own. I like to work on my truck myself if possible, and I am moderately to very good at research.
I have put 22000 miles on my truck, I bought it in late 2020 August to be more specific, I just...
When I was there the other day it was mid week mid day. One other long wrangler there that showed me the rock climb shortcut at the end. I was going to turn around and take the long way back but they assured me I’d make it over. It was hairy but I made it following them over without issue. I...
Let’s do it. Let’s get a rainbow falls may ride organized. I just retired from the Army so my calendar is pretty open right now. I’m on stock fx4 hankook with 20k on them, 2” Daystar level that I installed myself. There’s also a great open range shooting area called Turkey Tracks right up the...
Oh, and I am a total novice on a stock 2019 Lariat FX4 with a 2” level spacer. I lightly contacted my skid plate in 1 spot, my tow hitch in one spot, and my nerf bars in one spot, but there were easier “lines” to take in all of those situations. I highly recommend, and I am down to go riding...
So I did my first real off-road trails the other day. I went to Rainbow Falls Riding Area. It’s southwest of Denver on highway 67. Google knows it. The trails were FREAKING AMAZING ! I don’t know much about rating trails for difficulty, but I’d imagine it wouldn’t be “easy” or “Beginner” there...
? I guess that’ll be another project for me. They make heating panels that are flexible with adhesive that could be wired up to the rear defrost switch. Just have to see if there is a way to open up the radar module
I’ve had the same problem quite a few times during some cross country trips. It seems like one of those problems that weren’t identified. You’d think it would be one of those elements that can be heated to prevent freezing over
That’s what I’m looking for. What did you do for the vertical sides? Did you have to use any adhesive to keep the foam in place or did it just settle in?
I went with the black coated 3” oval nerf bars from Lund, the price at the time was $96 on amazon, since then has gone up. But I really like them they have the classic look and can’t beat the price point
