I have a 2020 XL with the vinyl flooring and I'm really happy with it. Much easier to keep clean than carpet, although the cab might not be as quiet. I've had my XL for a year this month and the vinyl floor is holding up quite well. I also have floor mats so that probably helps.

Yes, I ordered APS iBoard side step railings for my supercab 2020 Ranger. I'm very pleased with them. They cost about $200 on Amazon and took about an hour to install in the factory bolt holes. No drilling. Factory running boards are about $600. Easy choice.
