I bought one on Amazon that looked the same, and the console lid could not close with it in place. I had to return it. Maybe yours had a thinner lip at the back where the lid hinge is.

I had this problem with my 2019 from the first refueling; so bad it took a real long time to fill.
My local dealer found that the filler hose assembly had been attached to the anchoring point inside the body panel with a twist...screw holes misaligned at the factory. They corrected this, and...
Follow up here on my code P2450:
I took it to my local dealer today for a warranty fix, and they found that the fuel fill assembly had been miss-installed at the fuel door end, causing the fill hose to be restricted by a big kink. They removed the left rear wheel well liner to get at it...
Thanks Phil. While you're nearby, let me pose another query:
Could a couple of additional concerns be connected to this code? For one thing, fueling at the pump has been difficult, pump clicking off many times before full, and pretty lousy mileage. Kinked vent tube??
Thanks
Roly
P2450 indicates a problem with the evaporative emission blocking valve. I don't see anything here about that code, but lots of F150 types have experienced it. I just saw this tonight, will have to arrange a visit to the nearest Ford dealer tomorrow.
Has anybody seen this on their Ranger? On...
Maybe I'm missing something here, it has happened before; but it seems to me that you can see instantaneous MPG or total average MPG only on the dash. It looks like the average is for all the miles and gallons since 0 on the odometer. What use is that?
I wanted to reset MPG in Trip A,(or Trip...
About the "Headlights left on," dinging.......I think it does not happen for parking lights, or I'd have noticed and not had a problem. I'll test that.

Last week I had to call Ford roadside assistance for a jump start due to the headlight switch location. It seems that I turned the switch, with my knee, from off to parking lights as I departed the truck. This drained the battery completely, even though a Fordpass note said the truck had gone...
I filled it at less than 1/2 empty to try the capless arrangement out. Next time, still less than 1/2 empty, to see if a different pump would work. Didn't bother filling it the second time, as i didn't want to take the time.
I didn't see this problem brought up here, but I could have missed it.
I have tried two different gas pumps and both have shut off multiple times while trying to fill gas. I followed the instructions on the filler hatch, shoved in ATW, and level. I'm only at 300 miles or so on an XLT...
