  1. Black Friday sales for Truck parts?

I second that. Looking for a hard folding bed cover. Please let me know if anyone sees any on sale.
  2. High Mileage 5G Rangers

Just curious about the early Ranger buyers and the amount of miles put on them. I know there has to be some serious road rangers among us. Mine has a build date of April, bought it the end of July, but have not put on many miles. Who has the most miles on the odometer, and what are your...
  3. Why did YOU choose a mid-size truck?

    1. Full size: Have to get rid of my workbench and tools in the garage to fit in a full-size truck. 2. Mid size: Can keep my workbench and tools in the garage, and still have room to park a mid-size truck.
  4. First Encounter in the "Wild" (Ranger's Spotted Megathread)

Out in the middle of nowhere SC and came up on another silver Ranger.

Thanks for your ideas and advice. I expected the Plasti-Dip to have a rougher texture, but it feels very similar to the texture of the pillar decal that is still on the driver side. I don’t think anyone but me will ever notice there is a decal on one side, and Pasti-Dip in the other side.
  6. No more blackout between the windows

Plasti-Dip spray completed. A few imperfections, but overall looks good. We’ll see how it holds up over time.
  7. No more blackout between the windows

Thanks and understood. It stinks to have to do this to a new truck.
  8. No more blackout between the windows

Not sure how visible it is to everyone in the picture, but it looks like the factory sanded off the foreign material in the paint, and sanded off a big splotch of the clear coat as well.
  9. No more blackout between the windows

Thanks for the idea. Any thoughts about if I should remove the window seals before applying the plasti dip, or just tape them over?
  10. No more blackout between the windows

There is a very noticeable paint defect under the pillar decal on my truck. Guess I need to buy some new pillar decals to cover it up.
