Yeah I was in 4high
so I bought a set of the Coopers actually (at3-s4) instead. They donāt look as aggressive as I was thinking. But in real life and mounted they look pretty good I have to admit, and my first white raised lettered tires too.
right away I noticed that the truck rides...
We had our first snow of the season. Not as much as you. About 6-8 inches over night.... the stock hankooks did really good. Except for climbing up my driveway unplowed. Could only get up about 1/3 of the short 3 car length driveway.
not sure what tires to buy if any. Hmmm
Yeah except Iām okay if giving up tread wear nets me improved rain traction. Snow should be great with them.
hopefully wonāt ride worse.
the DynaPro tires I believe are much harder hence longer life.
if I get about 30k on them Iāll be fine as long as itās still legal tread at lease turn...
I bought a set of KUMHO ROAD VENTURE AT51 in stock 18ā 265/60-18.
came in today but havenāt picked them up yet. Most likely not until Saturday. But will try to sooner.
the local shop who I trust said they are amazing for my use - but will wear fast he said.
So I have the Hankook dynaPro stock 18 in 4x4
Iām looking for a less AT like tire but good in snow. To boost ride and maybe mpg.
Looking at the Defender and Goodyear WeatherReady
just was afraid they would be out of place on a truck.
Again thanks everyoneā I wanna throw a wrench into this lol.
how bad would these be on a Ranger? Iāll most likely never be off road.
Goodyear AssuranceĀ® WeatherReady
Yeah I may just hold off since itās already November and snow may come early ha.
Iād buy the the Goodyearās this week, but my concern is noise, stiffer ride, and drop in mpg. I know I know - not trying to be that guy.
thanks everyone
Just curios what peopleās opinions are on the stock Hankook 265/60-18 are? Not expecting snow grip and safety. But are they good or omg what did I do wrong moment ha.
donāt really want to replace them. But looking at Revo3 or Goodyear Duratrac in STOCK size āŗļø
any insight would be great.

Has anyone tried these yet? Iāll never go off-roading and rather have less wheel hop in rain maybe?? Heck even get hop on dry when pulling into traffic. And I assume 4x4 is only good in snow to prevent binding I...
