I just installed a Swing Case yesterday and I'm very happy with it. Enough room for my recovery gear, hitches, first aid kit, etc and easy to remove when I need to use the whole bed. If I need more storage in the future I'll probably grab another one for the other (driver's) side.
I'm happy with this one, only cost $260.00, and it is easy to tuck away when I need to use the entire bed.

I know others have mentioned it on the forum but this really needs to be a sticky. If you opt to reuse the original tie rod end and ball joint nuts when you install a leveling kit...***DON'T***. Buy new ones!
I installed a leveling kit recently and after about 250 miles I decided to look things...
I only use high-performance synthetic washer fluid and if the low washer fluid light comes on I have the truck sent to the dealership on a flatbed wrecker. ;)
Are these boxes easily removable if you need to use the entire bed? Kind of looks like it might lift off the mounting hardware but I've never saw one in person.
I went with LMS on my 2013 SHO and I was very happy with them. Unleashed Tuning was a close second, based on reviews from other SHO owners at the time. I'll probably go with LMS if I decide to tune the Ranger.
I'm kind of leaning towards the General GRABBER A/TX if I want a more off-road tire and Firestone Destination ATs, which I've had great luck with in the past even though they have a less aggressive tread pattern. I wasn't real impressed with a set of KO2s I had on my Tacoma, plus one of them...
I looked at the Ranger from a totally objective perspective and I was fully prepared to stick with my Tacoma if it didn't live up to my expectations. The only negative I came up with was the rear seat storage situation, which is pretty minor IMO, but I was extremely impressed with everything...
Just have to weigh the pros / cons, figure out what works best for your needs, and go with whatever winds up being the best fit. At the end of the day you're the one forking over the cash and hopefully you're happy with your decision. I liked my 2014 Tacoma a lot (couldn't pay me to buy a 2016+...
I have a XLT with halogen headlights. After a 2.5 leveling kit it took about 20 turns (clockwise) to get headlights back to where I shouldn’t get flashed by every car I pass.
Hello. Just wondering what the procedure is to adjust headlights on our trucks, and any tips for doing so. I assume I'll need to do this once my truck is leveled. Thanks!
Edit: this video is a pretty straight-forward overview...
