I helped a friend install this tank last weekend. I would say it was helpful to have two people. It would have nice to have a better install instructions. I think he said distance to empty was 770 miles after fill up.
The award for 50 years in aviation maintenance is the Charles Taylor award. Though I got a very early start I have no desire to get 50 years. Currently working on year 38.
Probably, I am not in a big hurry though. I like the wider bed and also the bedside steps. With the longer wheelbase and wider track it should have better street manners.
EDIT- just saw the 2024 "colors". 3 greys,silver,black, white, red and blue. Hopefully they will get more color in the future.
Not really sure, but vw/audi like triple square. Most of the time there is a torx that will work. My wife's TT does not have a drain plug. I use a fluid extractor for oil changes.
I never considered an F-150, too big for my needs. I was only looking at midsized trucks. I was partial to the Ranger and when I was shopping my truck was about all I could find.
I park in the garage. I pull out of the garage and confirm the door closes completely. I then have about 1/2 mile drive of 35 mph before the hwy. I just keep RPMs down until the temperature gauge is in the normal range.
