Thanks,did not weigh it,and can not recall shipping weight. I will say as a low end guess,it’s close to about 40lbs give or take heavier. Once bolted together,it was awkward to hold and mount by myself.

It does indeed fit with no modifications,and has a bit more space as my tires are a 285/70-17 so they are 32.7 diameter.Would easily fit a true 33,probabl a 34” tire.

I could have mounted my spare the other way,but the holder would scratch the shiz out of a very expensive wheel.I do indeed have a TPM sensor installed,so that when I rotate my tires,I include my spare.

Look into console vault. I’ve put one in my Ranger and the Wife’s Jeep Cherokee.They don’t waste space,and add nice place to lock up things when necessary.

I have not used these folks,but quite a few of my cow have for bed liner,they were all happy.
