I dunno: We the People, that live in the Republic of Washington State, have just been informed that we’ll be paying over $1.00/gallon in taxes on gasoline within the next 2 years. So, about that electric thing....

I agree with the going to an aftermarket wraparound bumper. Some cool ones out there. This is ARB’s (not my truck!) for @ $700. Wish I had gone this way instead of $5000 to fix a bent p/u box!

Howdy Folks, I wanted to print, what is hopefully, the final chapter of my pickup box repair saga. When we last ‘spoke’, the estimate had gone from $1500 to $3400. Due to unforeseen difficulties in repairing a double-wall box, they opted to graft on a new skin.....then it got interesting...

Update on the latest backup ‘ding’ repair: Went from $1500 estimated, to $3400. Shop can’t get in between double-wall box to effect repairs. Old School Solution: Cut entire exterior panel off & graft on a new ‘skin’. A whole new p/u box would’ve almost been cheaper (except for the prep &...
