Unless you retrain your sensors you might be indicating tire pressures for the original configuration. The sensor in the tire stem moves with the rotated tire that relationship is how you see the tires in the display... Each sensor has a unique I'd so the vehicle knows which tire has which...

You can Google the tpms reset procedure. It's the same on a bunch of Ford's. If you rotate your tires you'll have to do this...
