I like purely to have a place to put my left hand when driving on the interstate and other non-urban areas. You'd think if Euro models had one you could get one and install.

That link probably shows why the B/O isn't available on the SuperCab when you look at where the speakers are located. Don't want a CrewCab so will be experiencing a drop in audio from the Mark Levinson system in my Lexus.
