Agree to disagree - my Lexus has a Mark Levinsen audio system with more speakers and of course a sub woofer which will make the B/O sound like a 1 transistor radio, so I can appreciate the concept of a sub. There a plenty of subs that could have been fit in the scab. I spent 400 highway miles...

Speakers can go lots of places....I would assume that the heart of the B/O is the electronics - amp(s), etc. I really couldn't care about HD radio...even HD radio IMO wouldn't be the best audio sources.

ABSOLUTELY - speakers and speaker locations should not have been the criteria for the availability of the B/O option - more deceiving is that you can order the package that has B/O when you order a Lariat SuperCab - I did so I know - and they rely on your ability to find out that you can order...

I think this is the best sounding of the clips I've heard. I too wouldn't want a drone at cruising speed. Not that it is analogous but I had a Borla on my '02 Mustang DT and there was no appreciable drone. They make top quality stuff.

I'm getting the Line-X version (Truck Gear) of the Bakflip MX4 - from what I can tell and what they tell me it is the same but has the panels coated with their bed liner material. Same 400LB rating.

Glad to finally start seeing some SuperCabs - Order date was 5/2 have VIN but still in processing - delivery supposedly 8/4. It is a Lariat 4x4....I really wanted the push button start.

I do like those too, but seeing the black platinum in person pushed me towards them. We have a vinyl graphics/wrap guy in our little town and I was going to ask him about something in carbon fiber or carbon fiber clone, but am pretty sure they would be priced out of the range of the Ford...

But I'm paying cash :)....so far I have X-Plan and a $750 for auto show test drive......

I drive cars for my dealer from auctions and dealer trades and was up at a dealer in WI today and saw this magnetic model - these, according to the dealer, are Ford accessory letters - most probably the Black Platinum Stainless Steel ones. They looked unbelievable and apparently are only $50...

I am about 5-6 weeks in with no VIN and am under the impression that my dealer is doing all that they can do. Not in any hurry on the other hand and have one more vehicle to sell hopefully before it arrives.
