honest answer I don't know.
longer answer after a year I removed my 4X4 stickers without an issue.
3 years, and in Florida? that's a lot of UV to bake the paint in. I will guess you might not notice it after a couple of car washes if there is anything. better chance if you wash and apply...
Mine were not stiff at all. I could open them 2/3 in my bare hands not attached to the truck. Attached to the truck they slide out. Not easy. But I don't feel like I am going to break something.
I bet they have started prelubing them at Clearview.
I got my new set installed. Took about an hour and half with a 15 minute toddler potty break and other various toddler stop work issues.
I used a T30 L torx wrench and only removed the tweeters. I figure the majority of my time was taking off and putting on the bottom bolts 1/4 turn at a...
go for the high test fuel. it helps. tire pressure watch your max but 38-40 will help too. For me I drive a lot of twisty roads and only a couple of interstate trips so I rarely get to go above 60mph so my numbers are better than yours.
Also last summer towed my heavier camper, wife and two...
Question to all, when was the last time you listened to AM or even FM radio at home?
I don't own an am or fm receiver in my home any more. the last was my clock radio that died during a power surge in dec. even then it's radio functions hadn't been turned on or set in 10 years previous to...
Long ago I had a Jeep Liberty and a nice tow hitch on it. I was moving with college buddies and i had borrowed a trailer from a friend.
we load the trailer in and didn't strap down the boxspring. Pulled out hit a set of train tracks going about 20 MPH(ones I would cross at 35 and 40 mph...
no chevy is charging less for less features.
You really can't do a full feature match anymore as chevy cuts more features than ford has.
however moving up to 3 kids does require more room. I have 2 car seats in the back of my ranger since day one. I might have car seats longer than I own the...
I tow a Rockwood Roo 233S hybrid. so 3 fold out "canvas" covered queen size beds. a a slide out dinette. Perfect for 2 boys the wife and myself.
So far we have booked Seven maples in May, Cold Springs in June, Hinsdale in July, Christmas lantern at the end of July, French Pod in August, and...
fine soupie you sold me. that first day of actual spring(unlike the 30" of snow I got yesterday in NH) I will stop by and you can coat up both Trucks at once. Red and Blue for the USA.
I also have a Rockwood roo 233S that gets towed with My Ranger. camping with little kids.
It was one of two reasons I got the Ranger. needed bigger vehicle for household stuff and to tow a travel trailer
yea I go two car seats back there, what a pain in the arse. I love trying to hook up the car seat latches and then slamming the back closed with enough force to get it to latch.
but I get it. it is a truck Truck guys don't haul kids.
you have to push in with one hand while pulling on the strap with the other.
They designed it wrong so the harder you pulled on the strap the tighter it gets. If you push in the armrest and then pull the strap it releases the latch and it comes down easily.
I figure they ran out of quality...
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Q9L47H7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 this phone holder will fit nicely next to the 4 way button
I removed mine after buying a ram mount unit and once I get a chance to mount it to the dash tray. I wasn't using it so much as a phone mount...
If you could find a larger mirror that would be awesome. I might still end up with clearview's but the extra money we thought we had is vanishing into childcare.
I would get one of these. https://www.harborfreight.com/1720-lb-capacity-48-in-x-96-in-super-duty-folding-trailer-62671.html
a folding trailer and throw a flat deck on it. at 4x8 the overhang the front a bit, and folds flat to stick in the garage.
The steps help a lot for that section. NH winter driver, I had steps but no mudflaps for the first winter, and my steps were coated in slush and snow. I put weathertech mudflaps on last spring and this winter very little snow slush piled up so far.
The two won't catch everything but they...
My father bought a similar vintage fod tractor in 1986 and rebuilt the engine. so I grew up using the bucket, the PTO and he even had a snow plow fitted the the bucket arms. a few found memories, and watching people raise their eyebrows as I learned to drive with 3 brakes, 2 gas levers(pedal...
