I have a new 2021 Ranger and plan to install a TBC in the next few weeks. I am liking the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty. I would like to make use of the brake light signal but, am not liking having to snake wires through the Ranger. Is there another way? I have been reading some of the back threads...

Hi, I was thinking of getting the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite BC but, think I will get the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty instead. Besides the controller itself, do I need to order anything else?

Ugh. I talked with my Ford dealer today about. They are asking > $500 for the Ford brand/approved BC just for the parts! Ugh

Is the 3rd brake light hookup necessary? I notice some folks connecting it up that way. I plan to install my TBC very soon but, would rather not muck round with running wires like that. I have a 2021 Ranger with tow package. Thx
