  6. How big is too big?

I wouldn't do 6995 with a Ranger for a travel trailer. No way. I have towed travel trailers with a 150 and a 2500... Always go bigger for safety. Don't ever tow right at the limit. When doing so, you have no room for unusual situations where you need more power , breaking, or maneuverability...
  7. Survived the eclipse... Totality.

We all walked outside the office for 20 minutes and watched... it was pretty cool. There was a collective sigh of disappointment that the zombies didn't rise from the ground and attack! ...cant have it all....

  10. 2021 Ranger Lariat

CD's... LOL. You just dated yourself. Despite your complaints, I suspect you will be happy with the truck. As far as a tool is concerned... these Rangers, thought not perfect, take a beating and keep on tick'n.

  13. Trying something different

  14. Trying something different

I had a '92 and a '94 ranger. They were so slow that when you throw it in drive and push the gas pedal, you would go back in time. These new ones are quick!!! Fun to drive in sport.
  15. Trying something different

I miss the full size trucks also. I also don't need a full size. You will like this one. Couple things... they are small. I know they are not near as small as the old rangers. But, I find them a bit confining. The leather seats are extremely uncomfortable. Go cloth! That being said...
  16. What did you do to your Ranger today?

Where do you pull the cowl out at? Anyway you can post up a pic of where to start on that? I cant seem to figure that out... tried several times. thanks a million!
  17. 65K Oil Change, Trans, and Stuff

Just got my oil change done this weekend. 65,000. I do full synth only (I drive a lot). Rotate tires every time. Had them check trans fluid as it sometimes drives bad at low speeds. Mechanic said its common with the trans in these trucks to need a rebuild. He told me at one point they had...
