Another day on the lake. =)
Summer's winding down here in New England so getting out on a beautiful day is huge. At our fave place, Pawtuckaway Lake, which has a 2-acre island that we let Cheech, and now Kota, run wild on.
Lots of beaver-downed trees and pine needles so thick it's like walking...
Welcome to the forum and say goodbye to your life savings!
Just click on my signature and order all that stuff. =D
It includes the damper and 303 Graphene!
Seriously though, this is an awesome group of folks. I have never seen an unanswered technical question.
And I have the same...
It's not as beefy as it looks but it'll hold up. The cutting, for mine, wasn't bad. I used a Dremel but am pretty sloppy. I could have done better with an oscillating tool and using painter's tape to mark what I should cut.
It's low, so you can't see my unevenness, unless you get on the ground...
They bolt to the same holes. Here's a post with part numbers, including rubber air dams:

There are a bunch of posts here talking about what you want to do.
When I use the search function, I click the Google...
Yes, you are correct. I have an XL w/o hooks and added Rough Country shackle thingies.

Last week, I posted about a little boat hull I picked up and I took this week off of work to rig it. It may be tiny, but it took me two days just to rig the console, what a pain!
I mean, I'm in pain! All that bending, kneeling, reaching, and contorting, reminded me that I'm not 20 anymore...
Hmm, tough to say just one.
Neoprene seat covers because everyone that rides in Soupie is a slob (including the dog).
Floor mats, such a necessity for New England winters (that beet juice road treatment is crap).
Towing a new boat!
Oops, not that one ...
Just picked up a Whaly 380 yesterday down on the Cape.
Been looking at them for a few years - they're rotomolded polyethylene and I have some sit-on-top kayaks made like this that are 25 years old and they've stood up to quite a bit of abuse...
Don't take this away from us. =(
For some, maybe even me, we don't have lots of exciting things in our lives ... =p
Watching the Ranger's gas needle go down is, at least, faster than watching paint dry! =D
Same for me, most drives are under 5 miles (plus the driveway shuffling and letting it idle for 10+ with remote start - or forgetting I had remote started it!!!). =)
I think my total measured mpg is 16.6. My overall average speed is like 20! =D
I use the same sticks! Well, I've never used them, but I like the piece o
I also carry one on each side and just replaced my two kitchen extinguishers (5# and 20#) with a 100-second stick.
As a past firefighter, I still prefer the standard extinguisher, but the current-lazy me let's them...
Buy any Ranger you find, as long as it's Race Red and a Scab! You can add the chain later! =p
By the way, welcome to the forum!
It's a great bunch that know everything about fifth generation Rangers and are helpful in solving any and all issues. =)
I need a shorter or taller dog .... =D
I had NH Oil done to Soupie a few weeks back and I like it, but it does drip and ... I went to the dump last week with Kota and let him out to mingle and maintain his status as Junkyard Dog and mine as The Dump King.
Anyway, I tie him to the tailgate and...
