  1. What did you do WITH your Ranger today?

Thank you, Tracey. We trust in God's plans, even if we don't want to because of our selfish pain. Cheech touched us deeply and gave us love and joy. Tracey, we're so fond of you and your words and thoughts touch us - thank you.
  2. It's That Time Of Year Again: Post Your Best Black Friday Finds

I have one of these, in black, for the rear llicense plate. I like not having the metal tag rubbing on the plastic bumper thing. LOL, mine are a diff brand but also $9.90 (close enough). https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YZFM2FQ?th=1 And it's a subtle addition:
  3. You might be a Redneck if...

Redneck badass! Suck it Cybertruck! =D
  4. Ford part # dashcam - VNL3Z-19G490-D

That's a very nice camera and they're easier to install than I imagined. I only have an XL so I couldn't use a Dongar mirror tap (I did on Kate's Mazda). The Dongar is the way to go, if you can. The rear cam will require feeding the cord into the headliner, but that was pretty easy as well...
  5. Cordless Vacuums...Are There Any Good Ones?

We've had this Eureka since May 2021 and it works great! And only $89. The daughter has a fancy Dyson but ours seems to be just as good. We also have Orecks but this stick one is good for quick cleaning. We even thrashed it with our sheetrock work and it's still going strong...
  6. What did you receive in the mail today for your Ranger?

w00t! Soupie's walkin' papers came tonight—free from the man! =) But how come Ford Motor Credit has an Aggie address? I'm a Longhorn, so this just ain't right! =p
  7. What did you do WITH your Ranger today?

Thank you, it's been a tough go for me and Kate. Cheech was a broken little guy and we poured everything we had into him. I think he had a good 5 years with us and was happy. May we all be so loved. Rest in peace, indeed - thanks LaBalbe. =)
  8. What did you do WITH your Ranger today?

    Congratulations!!! =D
  9. What did you do WITH your Ranger today?

No, that's not true! =( I hocked it to fund my Ranger5G habit! =p
  10. Newbie! Leveling options that won't break the bank for 2020 XLT 4x4

    Now that's a Dump Run!!!
  12. Ford BMS Battery Monitoring System: How it Works and How to Properly Charge Your Battery!

This FTW! I've run my CTEK exactly as Dave suggested and it's been on for over two years. I typically plug it in, overnight, a few times a week. When I did a battery test this summer, the OEM battery showed to be in perfect health. 98% of my driving is under two miles each way, so it rarely...
  13. Don't hate me. Another engine oil post

Interesting about the seals regarding synthetic, I had never heard that. I've used Mobil 1 synthetic since 1978 in that '72 FJ40. I once went 5 years without changing it (about 45K miles during that time). Back then they said you could run it for a lot more than 5K miles. Was it 20K? I can't...
  14. Tail light replacement

Dang, those guys are too strict - no crack on this one:
  15. How about some Jokes [Admin: No Politics, Religion, Nudity, Explicit Posts]

Yeah, what losers, eh? Glad me and Soupie are low profile! =D
  16. Battery swap and truck memory

I have an XL, so only radio presets and only the driver side window are affected. The first time I disconnected the battery, I lost my presets and had to initialize the driver window. The second time I disconnected the battery, I did not lose the presets but had to initialize the window...
  17. How about some Jokes [Admin: No Politics, Religion, Nudity, Explicit Posts]

Everybody has their inner @AzScorpion telling them to spend, spend, spend!
  18. What did you do to your Ranger today?

Moved? Fled, more likely. Probably trying to hide from a damper anti-trust lawsuit! =p
  19. Bedrug Bedmat over Sprayed in Liner

I don't have a liner, so what Grumpaw says is gold. Is yours just the mat part or the entire thing with sides? If it has sides, they are somewhat stiff and hold it in place, plus if you remove and reinstall your tie-downs, the BedRug couldnever "blow out" of the bed (my SwingCase hardware is...
