Put my deposit down on the cap today.
ARE CX. Out the door price = $3600 ($395 of which was the installation kit + installation)
Front tilt window
windoors
Electric lock
LED dome light (wired to battery)
I like the look of the 2023s better, but still ordered a 2022 for lots of reasons.
I have a daughter turning 16 soon....need another vehicle in the next 6 months.
Cost...I'm sure the 2023s will cost more. I ordered everything I want for under $40k. I don't think I'll be able to do that going...
Did they say how much they'd knock off the price? Since that's part of the black package....I'm wondering if they'll still knock off the full $495. If so, I might be interested in that. I have a friend that sprays Bullet Liners anyway....
Yeah, that's what I've been noticing from watching other posts here. Supercrews seem to be about 90ish days from order to delivery. I was prepared for 3+ months.
In the meantime, I'm still spending money! Ordered an ARE CX cap (shout out to RunBeerFish for his pics) and already have a...
Check with your dealer. I believe mine said I could change the order up until a certain point.
Also, I see we ordered very similar trucks! I love that color. Gotta assume we'll be in the same build boat.
I've posted before, but just to update for some people who have ordered after me....
I ordered a Supercrew 6 weeks ago...March 9th....no updates beyond the original confirmation.
I'm hoping for an update any day.
Not sure when you ordered, but I ordered 3/9....still nothing beyond the order confirmation email on 3/9. I'm hoping to see an update in the next week or two.
$56,830
When I click on specs....its listed as an XLT with the 302a and fx4 packages. Sticker is $43something. It shows a Roush grill in the pics....but no mention of Roush on the included sticker??
I called today to order an ARE CX.
I called them as they were about to close....so they're going to call back tomorrow morning with the final price.
The base price was $2380.
+$104 for a folding front window
+?? for windoors
+$350 for electronic lock t handle + LED dome light
Strip lights...
Considering the additional cost (about 45% at base prices) above the ARE and Leer models I'm looking at, the RSI is just simply overkill for me. All I need is dry, lockable storage. I'll never need storage on top and don't have any need for any of the components.

1st vehicle was an 87 Ranger. Wish I still had it.
Owned a 2001 F150 SCrew Lariat for 20 years and 200k miles.
Ordered a 2022 XLT SCrew just over a month ago.
Fords and Hondas are all I've ever driven. If the Ridgeline wasn't so ugly and has a lighter towing capacity, I probably...
4wd, which sounds more involved to lower....and after another $3k for the cap, I'm not sure how much more I'm willing to sink in it right now. Been spending money like crazy lately between the truck and some other things.
I'll add the cap, maybe upgrade the shocks as has been suggested here...
Ford financing? What rate did you get? I was told from my dealer that I couldn't arrange financing until I had the VIN....I think I saw 1.99% or 2.49% from my credit union, which is usually fairly competitive. Is anyone getting 0%?
Gotcha. Thanks.
I ordered 3/9 from a MD dealer (XLT supercrew)...so it's been a month. Maybe/hopefully I might get the next email in the next few weeks. I'll update when received.
