  1. Will you be upgrading to a 6G? Why or why not?

I’ll upgrade if the prices aren’t insane & if there is a 2.7 or hybrid/ PHEV option for them tax breaks. I’m really only interested in a super stripper base model so I can modify how I want, a PHEV or the Raptor if I get my trust money in time.
  2. Tire Size Fitment Master Thread

Let me know. We have a small but active crew of rangers up here.
  3. Tire Size Fitment Master Thread

Yup! Stock oem steelies with +55. No rubbing anywhere with front crash bars out. I take it all over CO and haven’t rubbed on any trails or driving around the city.
  4. Tire Size Fitment Master Thread

After market crash bars didn’t fit into one of the oem brackets. Not sure if it was full of mud or bent but just didn’t fit.
  5. Tire Size Fitment Master Thread

255/80/17s are 33s and probably won’t fit without a lift. I bought the scalloped crash front bars but one didn’t fit so I took out the fronts. Don’t rub on the rears. I absolutely love the skinnies and don’t want to go back to a “wider” tire.
  6. Ford pass removing some features

I only use the FordPass to remote start my truck whenever FordPass decides the work. I do like the vehicle stats but I don’t need them. I do really like the location map of where the truck is especially when I park downtown Denver.
  7. For those who bought their first pickup, how many 'friends' asked to use it?

I must be one of the few that doesn’t mind it. Only one freind has asked to borrow it twice. Once he forgot to fill it up and he bought me beers. Next time he filled the tank and we were good.
  8. Sandstorm/Windstorm/Snowstorm at the Great Sand Dunes National Park

My swag held up just great to the snow. No deformation at all. I didn’t even know it snowed until some fell on my face when I went to look out of the swag.
  9. Sandstorm/Windstorm/Snowstorm at the Great Sand Dunes National Park

TJA Outfitters is run by a local guy and it kept us warm dry during a snow storm.
  10. XL and XLT owners

Always driving range. This the first car I’ve ever had with that feature and I love it.
  11. Post your off-road pics.

It snowed a heck of a lot in Colorado over the weekend even way south at the Sand Dunes
  12. Catalytic converter alarlivi

I still carry in Denver… all the time. and to the OP. Our cats are way up on the downpipe that comes off the turbo. I wouldn’t worry.
  13. Sway Bar Delete. Nope.

I took mine off and love not having one. I drove 2200 highway miles in 3 days without it and didn’t really notice much difference. Makes potholes and road imperfections better to drive over. Of course I don’t haul ass around right corners or else the truck leans like crazy. Very noticeable off...
  14. Borne Off-Road Snorkel R&D Thread

Does the pre filter get pretty close to the roof line? how much clearance is there?
  15. Flat bottom fishing boat on your Ranger?

I want a little boat like that for sure
  16. E 15 gas

Well prior to a year ago it was much much cheaper, cools your intake charge and you can get more power using it. It has a much higher octane rating- I think like 100-115 if I remember correctly. that’s also the only mod I didn’t get to do to my WRX before I sold it.
  17. Borne Off-Road Snorkel R&D Thread

Can you take a video? I miss hearing turbo noises
  18. E 15 gas

Well I doubt the prices will go down but let’s hope! I also don’t recall seeing ethanol percentages posted in Colorado but I tend to only buy from Costco. I wish our Rangers took E85.
  19. What did you do to your Ranger today?

It took @Colo_Ranger about 10 actual minutes of working on it. 30min in total including looking for the missing socket and bullshitting around
