For what it's worth, you are correct. The trailer tow package (I did the same as you, I do not have it) it consists of those 3 parts. That's why the option is only $495. There is no suspension difference, oil cooler, etc like some other vehicles. It sounds like they either did not understand...
I wanted a new truck, never purchased from a dealership before. Tacoma was around 40K for the TRD-Off road package I liked, too expensive. Nissan Frontier hadn't been updated yet, Colorado was okay. Ranger had a bunch of incentives, I did a test drove and loved it. Still very happy!

My bad, I missed that thread. Same situation - finally getting around to doing it and my cart on the site was empty and price changed. Not that it isn't worth what they're asking, but it was discounted for such a long time is why I'm wondering.
I love this cover, I debated way too long before actually purchasing. It's very, very, easy to use and also adjust. I did struggle a little but also because it was the first cover I've installed myself. I called Truxedo for help and I must say their customer service is fantastic.
Another happy owner chiming in, I bought an FX4 even though it really does more than I need. I am very happy with it. Have you taken a test drive yet? The truck is my daily driver and the powertrain is fantastic, it has power but I'm getting good mileage on my commute.
Here's my truck, after 2 full winters. I have to drive every day snow or not so my truck is exposed to the fresh salted roads. I will be spraying something on mine for this winter for sure.
I'm in New England, the welds on my truck have some corrosion showing which I'm sad about but it's cosmetic. I also have to drive in the winter so it's unavoidable. Better than previous trucks where the frame rails rotted completely off.
Totally, it does hurt getting gas especially since I drive a good bit.
I am a scaredy cat about the warranty but Livernois and the other tuners at least offer different tunes for different octanes for the flexibility. At least that is an option :sunglasses:
I started in the summer just out of curiosity, but the improvement is so dramatic! Even in the winter seeing the improvements when its like 0 degrees out, I do not want to go back to regular gas.
Have you considered running 91/93 octane? I ran only 87 when I first bought the truck, but since I switched the performance is improved and I'm getting 22mpg in mixed driving on winter gas.
Browsing this site I've seen a few options for changing tire size, FORscan allows you to calibrate your speedometer for starters.
Rough Country and probably others sell Speedometer Calibrator that does just that.
Also the Ford Performance and Livernois tunes come with the calibrator that...
Had a 2007 Limited, it was great. It's why I bought a Ranger since it was comparable. The rockers rusted, the cab corners rusted, and the bed was impeccable which I really appreciated. The transmission was crap however.
Sorry to go off-topic but these are both awesome! Evo looks amazing on the hoosier slicks!
Dumb question, but I'm still deciding between the FP tune or the Livernois tuner, would some minor bolt ons like exhaust and an air filter have any benefit with the FP tune? I know some of the tuners...
I installed the big mouth first, then I put the raptor lights on after while it was all apart. That way the end of the bracket didn't hit the big mouth whilr positioning it.
