I had mine done for the passenger side., back in April. It took three different dealerships to diagnose it, and now I think the noise is slowly coming back two months after. Just had the passenger side blend door replaced, dealership did not do the whole climate box.

Never thought of that! A few do appear to be bent but overall it seems ok. Is there anything in particular that's best to clean it? I can take the grill off easily enough.
