I always try to pay with PayPal if possible. I've never had a problem getting refunded thru PayPal when something went south. I did order replacement headlights from CARiD for the wife's car and after 10 days they sent an email saying they were not available and had issued a refund to my PayPal...
Actually the damper haters arguments sound like a wife .
"Do you really need that for your truck honey ? "
I hope they don't apply that same logic to everything they buy for their truck , lol
OMG , how tall is your kid ? They could have been decapitated if it had fallen down to neck height too quickly !
Thank God you have a damper . If it just saves one life !
Just ask yourself if you would rather the hood have struts that allow it to open slowly or have to use two hands when it doesn't . Apply the same logic to the tailgate.
Mine sounds like a diesel engine when the hood is up but don't really notice it with the hood down , especially after it idles down after cranking. I have a Lariat with the hood insulation but not sure if all trims come with that . I could see it being annoying without it and the metal of the...
DIY bedliners have been around for quite some time . I ordered a kit from J.C. Whitney back in 1980 and sprayed my 1955 Military surplus Jeep . Stripped everything out and did the whole inside , dash , floor , sides etc . It was holding up good when I sold it years later .
Every vehicle company has issues here and there . I've been in the auto business for near 40 years and have seen them all . Blow things out of proportion much ? LOL
The Seafoam worked wonders on my '91 Ranger . It started running rough and fuel mileage went down to 10 mpg around 290k . Changed plugs and did not help so tried the Seafoam into a vacuum line . Instantly helped and mpg went back up to 19 . Have 330k on her now .
I would suggest the clear or slightly tinted protective film that has UV inhibitors . I haven't done the Ranger yet but my 1st Chrysler Crossfire headlights in 2004 yellowed within 6 months . They were notorious for yellowing. I bought a new 2008 and installed this product and they were perfect...
Looks like a Mustang and a Camaro had a baby . It's probably by design to draw some GM fans over since the Camaro is going away . The rear fenders and side profile just remind me of a Camaro more than a Mustang. Big NO on the interior . Leave that huge display snit for the EVs . I want big round...
Yeah , probably would look sorta cool if I had some other white accents on the lower side of the truck ,lol .
I ordered some 2 part epoxy black primer mainly to just protect it until I can paint it properly but when it comes in I'm gonna spray that and see how it looks . I sprayed all my race...
LOL , nice thread title . Ford customer service had a laugh when they checked my Ford pass the last time I called about my Bronco not being in production yet .
I'm sure they are just trying to serve the community 20k ADM at a time .
At least GM put out a press release that said brokered high demand vehicles will not have the factory warranty
Mine showed up within a day also back on 4/4/22 . I noticed later that under my service history for the same date it shows a Air Conditioning and Heating service from Granger Motors,Inc. for $1340.00 . Strange ,lol .
We installed hundreds of Rostra cruise controls from '88-2008 , mainly for auto dealerships and only remember a few minor issues . After they switched from vacuum to electronic servo units I don't think we ever had any issues .
If a dealership gives you any crap about warranty just do some...
I thought about a carbon fiber wrap but not sure it would look good since so much is visible from the side . It might be too stark of a difference. Need someone with mad photoshop skills to show me what it would look like ,lol.
Might do the center in a wrap
yeah lots of options to change the look . I was thinking black on the screen and section in front of it and then skip to the raised part of the hood vents and paint that black also . I've got a little time before I can get to it to change my mind a few times :)
