Click on my profile picture, I'm running the Rhinos, take a look. I like the profile and fit. If you are going to use them to step into the vehicle, they are more useful IMO and you will not bump your shin on them. The clearance is higher than the tremor bars. They are solid too. Let's put it...
Add one more check to your list for the driveshaft. Check the front boot, make sure it's not damaged. Quick visual inspection with some good lighting should do it. I addressed my issue in another post in the forum, where the boot was torn off and the bearing got dirt and grim built up and caused...
I didn't do official renaming, just altering. I like my take on the Tremor badge a little better. And with my Blackhorse sport bar I can now call it my Ranger Tremor Black horse without any extra labeling.
I can tell you my experience so far. I bought my 2021 Tremor with 6400 miles on it. It had a loud tire on it, that made the womp womp sound, due to uneven wear. It appeared to be the right rear tire by the sound of it. Now how with only 6400 miles on it does it get as loud as it was? The history...
I guess I'm blessed compared to some others but not by much.
I get 19 city and 24 highway, which is what regular Ranger trucks claim on the sticker for economy. Now that's if I manually drive and don't use cruise and am in a less mountainous area, more flat roads and of course, no towing. But...
I like what you're trying to do. Keep tweaking. The main thing is, one, that is works and attaches well, second, if it looks good enough some may run with it permanently.
I'm not experiencing this in my 2021 Tremor, but I just remembered something about my 2012 Mustang I used to own with a manual 6speed and a knock that was consistent when I went from clutching to driving, especially engaging the transmission from a stop and in first gear. The reason I'm...
Sticking with the USB option to connect my phone is best IMHO. Especially on long road trips, I like to keep my phone charging. I also have a protector on my phone, so the wireless charging doesn't work for me reliably. With that said, the Garmin power switch still has a potential use in my...
Yes, correct, I should've stated that it was on the door label verses the tire. The 39psi is Fords recommended pressure, and as I mentioned, once I returned the tires to the recommended pressure, the one with the most noise has now worn more evenly and reduced its noise output.
I bought my 21 Tremor earlier this year with only 6400 miles on it, yet it came with a loud whum whum sounding tire on the back. The prior owner also had added a trailer break (which I like) but left me with the conclusion that he pulled a heavy trailer most of that milage before (according to...
UPDATE: I just got back from the Ford Service Center after having a new driveshaft (OEM) installed. I will reiterate that the issue I was having is tapping/rattling during acceleration, not thumping when braking. First let me state that the issue is resolved. When I went to pick up my truck, I...
Ford OEM. It's been on backorder for just about everybody who's had to have one. I've got plenty of warranty left to see if it holds up over time. I'll keep an eye on everyone's feedback on this. Who knows, I'm willing to try the other if it happens again.
New Driveshaft being installed on Monday. I'll provide feedback as soon as I verified if it fixed the issue or not. The rattling noise during acceleration is veeerry annoying.
Since I've noticed another thread here in the forum talking about the drive shaft, I'll update that one instead. There are multiple symptoms being talked about. I'm now scheduled for Monday install of the new driveshaft.
Not another Ranger Slip-Bump thread when stopping....Advice needed | 2019+...
