My 21 was not a bad price, I paid $1k under sticker. I can' build the exact truck, but while to not lose any features, other than the color, I'm about nearly $7k as well. But no XLT mid option, so to not lose dual zone climate I have to go to XLT high, which also brings power/heated seats. There...
If you want the best color they made them in, you are looking at 21 or 22 only. But, I'm likely a biased source of info on that.
There were more years without some of the 19, and maybe 20 only parts, such as the mentioned aluminum body panels and suspension components. So, if you plan to keep...
I can say the only way I got that really high MPG was I set the cruise at speed limit + 10%, set the adaptive to as close as it allows and the first larger truck or van that was over the speed limit and less that my cruise was set to, I'd just stayed behind them on my drive to the 2023 SCCA...
That reminds me of the face from the owner of an RV I was renting when I asked if the brakes have been serviced recently. He then said it does not have brakes. I was confused and about the cancel the rental, but decided to look as that size RV trailer (about 5,000 lb) should have them. Looking...
Are you sure, I thought ROW went to 6G in 2023, while the NA market did that in 2024. He said he has a 2022, That should be the 5G 2.0 bi-turbo diesel, shouldn't it?
Nevermind, got a minute and looked, I was thinking it was only a 1 year delay here, but 2 years does appear to be the case. But...
I know that is an older post in this thread, but "normal due to evaporation" does not apply to these newer sealed systems with expansion tanks. That logic was OK when there was a vented overflow tank that was often getting hot fluid pumped into it and that sucked out as the system cooled. The...
That looks good. Looking on the website and seeing all the blue canopies I'm disappointed that the only options listed wire charcoal and buckskin. I would love to see that design add a option to replace the tailgate and rear hatch with a panel having a full height door, would be a great mobile...
I don't know that the inserts are officially available as a separate part. I know when I wanted the inserts for the "base" grill, as found on the XLT trim, that they installed on the Thunder trim in Europe but with red inserts, I had to by the whole grill assembly.
If the tune shop is saying go catless, I vote go else where. Only reason a tune shop should suggest an illegal mod would be if they are too lazy to get the AFR right and know it will be too rich or lean resulting in ruining the cat anyway.
I was just not sure about where the cap ended or the wheel began. I first I was thinking the red outline was part of the cap (what I was referring to as "legs"), but a in a couple of the angled shots I could not see a seem between that and the wheel. Looking on parts site I see the green area is...
How is the cap on there? Are the "legs" of the cap part of the cap or part of the wheel's casting? If the "legs" are part center of the cap, does the center of that also popup out and provide a normal round cap insert point? In other words, could the middle of the cap be popped out and a...
They look matt in the images, really close to the finish on the RS forged wheels. Really those could be perfect for my plans for my XLT with black appearance package for winter/offroad wheels while using the OE 18" for towing and road use.
Maybe would fit if there is a dropper on the seat, and you have the tailgate pad to hang the front out the back of the bed. May need to remove the topper glass though. If it does fit it would likely be awkward loading as you would have to start with the tail gate open and as you roll the back of...
