I've never seen rodents eat covers like that before in a week or two. Question is what are oils are they using to make the covers that the rodents/squirrels are so attracted to? Peanut oil or sunflower seed oils?
I had two Tacomas (2015 and a 2017) and a 2019 Frontier. I had a full size GMC Sierra z71 and the size was a pain in the ass. Didn't fit in the garage, was always in the shop. So I stayed with the mid size trucks. The GMC certainly had more creature comforts, rode nicer and towed the camper with...
A shell weighs what, maybe 200 pounds? If stiffening the bed is the issue than why do they sell hard tonneau covers? Wouldn't the6 stiffening the bed also? Never heard such a crock of shit!
I got a 2019 just because I could flat tow it and couldn't with a Tacoma or Frontier. This Ranger has been a POS since day one. If it got totaled I certain wouldn't buy another Ford Ranger to replace it. It's a nice truck but mechanically isn't not well designed.
I put something simular on my last Tacoma and it was a decal and you wet both the tailgate and the decal, got in position and let it dry. Haven't looked at one for this ranger yet.
My 2019 has been a turd since the day I got it. Some people have no problems and others are destined to constant issues. I'm not impressed with Ford Tough.
I just bought a 2019 XLT with 28,000 miles (clean carfax) and it has been nothing but issues so far. Blend doors, fuel pressure sensor in tank, rebuild the transmission and this week is a battery. This Ranger is a piece of shit! I just bought a plastic brown turd emogie for the dashboard. You...
I agree, Discount Tire no matter whether I lived in Florida or Michigan or Americas Tire when i lived in Long Beach are the best. Never an issue, always there to help.
Sorry, I haven't owned a Ford in almost 30 years until I got this 2019 used with 28,000 miles on it in Jan 2024 so I am not completely up on the Ranger details. I just know that in 3 months that i've owned it the fuel pressure sensor in the gas tank went bad, the blend doors failed so the dash...
The brake fluid you're running is a dot 4 fluid which can absorb moisture so a flush every 3-4 years is expected. As for the fuel system every 6 months I add a can of seafoam gas treatment in the tank and never have issues with the injectors and that will also clean the valves. I've used seafoam...
I bought a 2019 6 Jan 2024 with 28,000 miles. CarFax was clean. The first week of ownership had to replace a fuel pressure sensor in the tank (drop the tank). The blend doors malfunctioned the 3rd week and was replaced. I have an appt next week to address the transmission surging and hard...
So why not get online and see what the junk yards have. They can send it to you from around the country. Rock auto has them for under a grand. Or ebay for < 400 bucks...
One of my Buddies got a Sasquatch and his girl a something else. I swear they have together spent 30K on stuff for them. he has an F-150 so that solves the truck issue. Glad you're happy, that's all that matters in life.
I have had 3 Tacoma's and 2 Frontiers and between the 5 trucks they have never been in the shop more than once or twice per vehicle. I got a 2019 Ranger XLT FX4 on 6 Jan 2024 with 28,000 miles. It has had to have the Heater Blend door replaced (2 day job to remove the dash completely) and the...
I've had trucks on and off all my life, when I don't have a truck it seems I always needed a truck. I have had a crv for a tow vehicle for my rv but never fit the bill so I got a pickup again. I'm happy now. ?
I'm with you, although there are people paying upwards of 1200 dollars in car payment a month to have "the vehicle" they dreamt off but unless you can sleep and live in it, it's not worth it. I like you could afford that truck but then again it is a vehicle, a means of conveyance. I just bought...
I just got my used 2019 Ranger FX4 with 28,000 miles. Had a clean car Fax, within the first weeks the heater blend door motor went bad (2 day fix) the fuel pressure sensor in the gas tank went bad and now the Trans is Jerky for the first mile then shifts ok. There is a TSB out for the Trans so...
