My headlights aren't tinted, I did install factory LED ones though that are mostly black. I did however get my tail lights slightly tinted when I first got the truck. I ordered the blackout package and bright ass red tail lights didn't match the look IMO. It's not super dark, very subtle which...

Not sure TBH. Last I heard licenses are currently on hold due to sanctions (I think) due to the Ukraine war?? I think people were still able to get the free temp license though.
