The roads for the 300 houses going in behind those trees are in. Not a tree left standing. I hate most people. I have to move…looking for 20-40 acres at least 2 hour drive from Knoxville. SW Virginia and North TN might be the ticket.

Installed these today. HD Ridz from the much hated Amazon. They had them $100 cheaper than I was finding them at off-road online stores.

Worst bird damage I saw was a Tahoe hit a Turkey on a Kansas back road. Hit right in the middle of the grille…driver was in front of the small town Sheriff’s Department getting a police report for insurance. Bird was still in the grille. The front of that Tahoe was destroyed ??

They have to prove the lift caused the problem. Can’t remember the name of the law off the top of my head. Challenge them on it. Others will know the name of the law that applies.

I only do that on the tow hitch. Ouch!

Me and my drinking buddy on the front porch trying to figure out who I can bribe with booze to help put my drop steps on tomorrow…

Not happening today. Need another set of hands to hang steps on the hardware. To awkward to handle by myself. Less weight than I expected. Gotta bribe someone with beer and/or whiskey tomorrow.

UPS guy just dropped off the Drop Steps I ordered. Getting a beer, a cigar and the instructions (probably totally complete and easy to understand ??). Try to get them on before dark today.
