I actualy ordered it on line on ford.com, picked my dealer and ford sent the order to my dealer.. Than dealer had me verify the order was correct. Next they filled out some paperwork for ford, I had to sign an agreement and it was done.

We had a high end escape get nailed that bad a couple years ago. They fixed it with painless dent repair Fixed in 3 days time. When we sold it the dealer checked history but did not say anything to us. Hail damage is not as bad as crash damage in vehicle history I guess.
