TBH. Not real sure, but it kicked the fuel mileage down enough that I had to change my driving style just a little, to try and keep the fuel mileage at least in the low to mid 20s range. I just go by what the truck is telling me fuel mileage wise and what I can feel through the seat of my pants...

Best mpg to date. After having the extra weight of the trailer hitch installed. This is using the cruise control exclusively to borrow a word from Chris @Chris M, and Hypermiling to borrow one from Sid @Msfitoy. Haven't really had a reason to say this in a while. But, eh.... WIN!
