Update on this: Finally got it into the dealer who told me that as the truck did not come with a tow package, there is no way to tow more that 1000 lbs with the vehicle or any way for them to complete the install of the TBC.

I just wanted to post an update to this for those looking to install the factory hitch. First off, the part number has changed to KB3Z-17D826-F . This no longer includes the 2 extra bolts or the 2 trim pieces either side of the receiver (replaces one piece trim on bumper without hitch)...
