I guess you can give it a bit to see if shifting smooths and if you’re still seeing issues take it back in. As they say, “the squeaky wheel gets the grease”. How far are you from you warranty ending? That would help me determine how soon I’d take it back in.
It’ll figure itself out one way or the other. One may be maturing into nice, smooth shifts, while becoming a reliable part of the truck because it knows it’s the right thing to do and the other way ends with its self destructive tendencies grenading itself to pieces because it hates being part...
Well that’s good to hear. Maybe it’ll just take a bit. I’m hoping it’ll figure itself out. Ford removed the drain hole on the 2022 rear diffs which makes no sense.
Wow that’s impressive. I was thinking one of the fish we get may be a gold fish. I remember someone released a bunch into a lake near us one time and they grew really large. I remember seeing them in the shallows and had no idea that goldfish could get that big.
Now why would you go and do a thing like that. Poor Ranger. Glad you are ok. That would have shaken me up quite a bit.
Also we need pics of the chupacabra or it didn’t happen.
They church it up and call them Palmetto bugs. They seem to get offended if you tell them they’re cockroaches, which by my eye they are. Just bigger.
I can’t really speak on housing down there anymore but I can speak about how it was to live there.
I was stationed just a few minutes outside of Charleston for about a year. That whole area definitely represents what I consider the “south” very well. You get the classic trees native to that...
What did the vibrations you had feel like? Mines going in in a few weeks for a droning harmonic wavelike sound at 50-60 mph. I’m thinking either front axle unbalanced (I fall just out of the bulletin for it) or it the two piece driveshaft doing it’s thing. I do have a minor start up shudder as...
Yeah I used the stress coat and the quick start yesterday. When we go down later today I’m going to see if they have cory catfish. Figured I would get two fish and let them get accustomed to the tank and if all goes well then add a few more. The water test strip looked really good so...
Wondering if they’ll change the valve body and do the reset. I’ve read through the tsb and performing only an adaptive reset is the easy way out. If that doesn’t fix it I’m guessing they need to perform the whole tsb. How did your transmission shift prior to this issue? I’ve got 5500 on mine...
Update: well after my first attempt to keep my sons betta alive for 2 days and not being successful, I’m pretty much what you would call an expert now ? Instead of doing what most normal people would do and replace just the fish, I decided to be my normal neurotic self (see all my posts about my...
Nice. Glad to hear it. If my dealer appointment doesn’t fix anything I may go to a tune if hit helps out in all modes. Downshifting in normal is way better than tow and sport mode.
